BaZi Fantasy "Bet on It" Contest
OFFICIAL RULES
The BaZi Fantasy "Bet On It" contest consists of 18 separate contests. There are 17 "weekly" contests; one for each week in the NFL season. In addition, there is one "seasonal" contest.
Entries for the 17 weekly contests open on August 1, 2015 and close one hour before the first game of each week. (the "Contest Entry Period"). Entries for the seasonal contest open on August 1, 2015 and close 1 hour before the first game of week 17 of the NFL season.
Eligibility: Contest is solely opened to legal residents of the 50 United States including the District of Columbia, age 18 or older at time of entry (each a "Player" or "you") who have mobile service prior to downloading the free BaZi Hoops Madness App (the "App"). Void where prohibited by law. Employees of Mega Geometry Apps, LLC (the "Sponsor"), Zodiac Heartology, LLC, and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and Contest agencies ("Contest Entities") and members of their immediate families (parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses regardless of where they live) and/or those living in the same households, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win. Contest governed by U.S. law and is subject to all applicable federal, state, local laws and regulations.

Weekly Contest To enter a Contest, you will need to view which NFL teams are playing in a particular week. Please check local newspapers, TV stations for details. As an eligible Player, you will need to select the winning teams of all games in a week. Players will earn points by correctly predicting the winning teams. The exact number of points awarded for each correct pick is set forth in the scoring section below. At the conclusion of a Weekly Contest, the Player who has the highest cumulative points (combined) will be declared the Grand Prize winner or equally share the cash prize if more than one Player has the same score ("tied entries").

How to Enter: To enter, each Player will need to download the App. After Players download the App, they are able to participate in weekly and seasonal Contests.
To participate in a weekly contest Players must:- Determine which teams will win every game in a particular week then save those selections within the app.
- Purchase the right to submit a set of weekly selections.
- Submit the purchased right to submit along with the set of weekly selections made in step 1.
- Create a seasonal contest entry. This entry is automatically filled with randomly selected teams for each game in each week after the entry is created.
- Purchase the right to submit a seasonal entry.
- Submit the purchased right to submit along with the seasonal entry.
Making Picks/Scoring: Players must enter their projected winning teams for all games in a particular week. The Sponsor has assigned a score for each game in each week. The score is determined by the difference in "Strength" between two teams. Strength is determined by the Sponsor and will be finalized for the week about to start within 24 hours of the end of the previous week (or 5 days prior to the first game of the first week of the season). Strength is a number from 1 32. The strongest team receives a strength of 1, the weakest 32. Each number between 1 and 32 is used once. The score is given by the following rules:
- The stronger team wins. For example, a team with a strength of 7 beats a team with a strength of 22. In this case the score is 1.
- The weaker team wins. For example, a team with a strength of 12 seed beats a team with a strength of 1 seed. The difference in strengths is 11 (12-1) so according to the table below the score for this game is

Prize: Cash prizes are to be awarded as a corporate check to the Player who has the highest cumulative points (combined). Or, if more than one Player's submission have the same score ("tied entries"), the cash prize will be divided equally among such Players with the tied entries. The cash prize for each weekly contest is a function of the number of entries received and is given by the following table.

The cash prize for the seasonal contest is $1,500.00.
Winner Notification: Potential winner(s) will be determined on or about April 16, 2015 by the Sponsors, whose decisions are final and binding. The contact information provided by each Player during the entry process shall serve as the contact information of record with respect to all communications. A Player is responsible for notifying Sponsor with any changes to his/her email address. Potential winner will be notified by email and will be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability and a Publicity Release where permissible ("Affidavit/Release") within five (5) days of date specified on notification, or he/she shall be disqualified. If potential winner is not reachable at the email address provided on entry or if a prize notification is returned as undeliverable or he/she has not complied with these Official Rules, or if any required document is not returned within such time period or if he/she cannot accept or receive prize for any reason whatsoever, such winner will be disqualified and the prize will be awarded to the next Player(s) with the next highest score. The prize will be awarded within thirty (30) days after winner verification. Prize is non-assignable or transferable. Winner will be responsible for payment of all federal, state, local and income taxes associated with the awarding of their respective prizes (if applicable). Entry and acceptance of prize constitutes permission (except where prohibited by law) for Sponsor and its designees to use winner's name, prize won, city and state of residence for purposes of advertising, Contest and publicity (including website posting) in any and all media now or hereafter known throughout the world in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notification or permission.
Releases & General: Contest Entities and all of their respective shareholders, employees, directors, officers, representatives and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties") are not responsible for lost, damaged, destroyed, stolen, late, mutilated, delayed, undelivered, inaccurate, misdirected or garbled entries, and all such entries shall be ineligible and void. By participating, each Player agrees (a) to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which will be binding and final; (b) to Sponsor's use of information supplied by Players for marketing purposes as allowed by law. Contest is subject to Sponsor's privacy policy located at http://206.225.86.162:8080/fantasy/privacy.html and consent given herein; (c) to indemnify and hold harmless Released Parties from any and all liability, claims, law suits, costs, expenses, fees, injuries (including death), losses, and damages which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership or use of a prize, or and/or from Player's fraudulent or wrongful acts or omissions; (d) not to sue Released Parties for any damages arising from the winner's acceptance of or use of the prize; and (e) anything related to the Contest. Sponsor shall have the sole right to disqualify any Player for violation of these Official Rules or any applicable laws relating to the Contest, and to resolve all disputes in its sole discretion. All disputes will be resolved under applicable U.S. federal, state and local laws.
Released Parties are not responsible for hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, failed, incomplete or garbled computer or telephone transmissions, typographical or system errors and failures or faulty transmissions or for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, or entry not received by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet, or at a web site, or any combination thereof or for any other errors of any kind relating to or in connection with the Contest, whether technical, mechanical, computer, network, printing, typographical, human or otherwise, including, without limitation, errors which may occur in connection with the administration of the Contest, the processing or tabulation of entries, the announcement of the prize or in any Contest-related materials. Released Parties further disclaim any responsibility for any injury or damage to any Player's or any other person's mobile device and/or computer related to or resulting from entering the Contest or downloading and/or uploading any material for the Contest, or other telecommunications malfunctions which may limit an Player's ability to participate.
Sponsor in its sole discretion may disqualify any Player from participating in the Contest and refuse to award points if Player engages in any conduct Sponsor deems to be improper, unfair or otherwise adverse to the operation of the Contest or detrimental to other Players. Such improper conduct includes, but is not limited to, falsifying personal information required during Contest registration, violating any Official Rules stated herein, accumulating points through methods such as automated computer scripts or other programming techniques, allowing others to use the Player's personal information for the purpose of accumulating points, tampering with Sponsor's administration of this Contest, or intentionally trying to defraud, reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile or otherwise tamper with the App and/or a computer program owned and/or administered by the Sponsor. Potential winner acknowledges that the forfeiture of the prize and/or return of the prize shall in no way prevent the Sponsor from pursuing other avenues of recourse such as criminal or civil proceedings in connection with such conduct. Should any portion of the Contest be, in Sponsor's sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission of picks/brackets, the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate or suspend the Contest and, if terminated, to not award the prize. In the event of a dispute as to picks/brackets submitted by multiple users having the same email account, the authorized subscriber of the email account used to enter the Contest at the actual time of registration will be deemed to be the Player and must comply with these Official Rules. Authorized account subscriber is deemed to be the natural person who is assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization which is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. Potential winner may be required to provide Sponsor with proof that he/she is the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the potential winning pick/bracket. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A PLAYER OR ANY PERSON TO DELIBERATELY UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS' FEES) FROM ANY SUCH PERSON OR PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.
In the event that any legal or regulatory authority challenges the Contest, the Sponsor reserves the right to discontinue or modify the Contest, or to disqualify Players residing in the affected geographic areas. In such event, Sponsor shall have no liability to Players who are disqualified due to such an action.
The Contest will be governed under the laws of the Pennsylvania without regard to principles of conflicts of laws. All claims or actions in connection with this Contest must be brought in a federal or State court in the eastern district of Pennsylvania without recourse to class actions suits.
